Overall, this video was not only fun to make, but had a great turn out. I thoroughly enjoyed creating a comedic horror parody on a funny topic that is very ‘known’ around the University of Illinois. Having to approach complete strangers to get sound bites pushed us outside of our comfort zone. On day one, our group videotaped different scenes that we are going to use in our final product. Each scene displayed a theme reflecting our theory and the readings. Once we edit them together and add special effects, narraction and sound, this reinacted video game mirroring “a day in the life of a college student” will come to life in our video.
