NUT ROLLS AKA KOLACHI. 2 dry yeast (in 1/2 c. very warm water) and set aside. 1 c butter (softened or melted). 1 1/2 c. sugar. 2 c whole milk. 1 tbsp. salt. 9-10 c. flour (more to add during the kneading). SALTINE CRACKER TOFFEE (CHRISTMAS CRACK). 40 to 50 salted saltine crackers. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 cups milk chocolate chips. 1/2 cup M and M's. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper and tops with saltines in rows. In a sauce pan, combine sugar and butter and bring to a boil.
