I'm planning on building a rig soon and I was wondering if it's better to get 4 gigs of DDR 2 800 than 2 gigs of DDR2 1066.I haven't seen any benchmarks comparing the two.DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) versus DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500). Unless you are overclocking heavily you will be better off with the 4GB of DDR2 800, which is still overkill IMO. The new memory speed are for the new FSB of the Intel CPU?
