Have a look at what the EAGLES learn @ Grade 5. 13 June, 2011. An end to the academic year brings an end to this blog. The year 2010 - 11 has been simply fantabulous! This batch of students has really made me grow as teacher. it was a challenge for me to challenge them! The classroom memories that we all have had will be cherished forever. As I bid good bye to the academic year, I want to thank one and all for all the support and appreciation. Authentic feedback is always helpful to improvize oneself.

St Anthony of Padua School - Grade 5. Monday, February 2, 2015. Grade 5 is currently researching and writing a one to three minute persuasive speech. Students have chosen a topic of interest to themselves and then have to attempt to persuade the audience to their point of view. Wednesday February 4 is the last day that students have to research, draft and practice their speeches. In-class performances of the speeches will take place on Thursday and Friday of this week.
