Life at the Linton's. Monday, November 3, 2008. I know, I know finally an update to the Linton blog! It has been a long time since I have actually updated, are you as shocked as I am? I want to warn you though that it's going to be lengthy and probably boring at times, but I hope you enjoy. Brooke J. I told you eventually I would update. It's just been a lot longer than anticipated, like I said reading is so much easier! Lancelott David Linton is expected to join our family on December 12, 2008 : ) : ).

Life at the Linton's. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. I myself have never broken a bone or had to have stitches. In my life. That being said, we took Elizibeth. Care yesterday to get 4 stitches. In her left index finger. This is the first set for either child, cross our finger this is the last set. I did watch the Dr. put the stitches. In, which is a feat in itself, but I also cried while holding her little body still during the whole thing. How did she cut her finger you ask? Playing with Johnathon of course!

Dec 17th, 2009 10:20 am. Today at noon I will take my conducting final and will be done with my first semester here in Chicago. It's been really tough here even though overall I love being here. This city is amazing- there is so much to do, the public transportation is a breeze, world class musicians and a teacher I finally feel is improving me technically. But what happened? Thursday, January 12, 2012. We had another wonderful Christmas! We always celebrate Christmas Eve with our kids and grandkids. Landon and Miley sang at the 4 pm Christmas Eve service and then we all came here for supper. I served Swedish meatballs, 3 kinds of sausage, mashed potatoes/gravy, a wild rice dish, baked cabbage and corn. You can see in the pics, that I used our fine china! Learning to paint in watercolor. Lesson – Daffodil, Painting Value in Yellows. March 15, 2016. The first layer is lemon yellow. Leave some bits of white along the edges and on the petals where the sun is reflecting. Let it dry. The second layer is transparent yellow. Look carefully at your flower or photo for the areas where the petals are darker. Follow the shape of the petals with you brush. Leave the white and some lemon yellow areas show through. Again let it dry. Lesson – The Big Wave. March 8, 2016.
