Meeting people in the virtual world allows you to say whatever you want and do whatever you want, with no ramifications. How does one act in Second Life? I was in a virtual world and there were people around me. In the real world, I would probably not say hello to people, much less. On Del.icio.us.

Prior to this class, I did not use it and frankly, could not see the point of using it. And I still feel that way…sort of. If you are a non-celebrity, non-politician, or non-corporate entity or public entity, I don’t think you should use Twitter. Great Twitter is your resource. In addition to the above overview, here are my top 5 reasons Meebo should be added to our library:. 1-It ties together many different instant messaging applications into one neat bundle. Patrons and staff don’t have to decide which application to use in order to contact us. They can use whatever accounts they have or feel most comfortable using.
