My own breakdown of the Bill/Phil Script. Thanks to all who were interested in reading the script. Bigger thanks to those who gave me some kind of input on what they liked or disliked, even if it was just a sentence or two. I always find that interesting and wish I could have gotten more feedback compared to the number of scripts sent out. Here is my own breakdown of the script and some writer’s notes for those who are interested in the thought process and the final results. Notes on the Characters.

I finally went to en.wikipedia.org, where the summary was quick and clear, and the links to the results were obvious and informative.

I win at property taxes - Patti. July 20th, 2013. I win at property taxes. Last year the county assessor sent me a ridiculously-inflated value for my loft. Based on market conditions, it was over 100K above anything that resembled reality. I pulled two comps from my building and sent him a letter disputing the assessment, and easily won the battle. It was a one-year reduction, though. This will save me about two grand on my property taxes this year. Thank you Ron Thomsen. Comments: Leave a comment.

Amazing hubris to try a field goal from 57 yards with a guy who has already missed three in the game, who can't even kick it that far, and then top it off by not telling his team if the kick is missed be sure to cover the runback.
