I came to know that reg. is hanged up becouse i have to sign the mantance charges paper, then only i will be liable to get reg. done. In my case, it has increased by 40 sq ft and they have sent a letter for the additional demand.They never communicated this in past that the area of Villas will increase. Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Deepak Bansal of Tulip 104. I talked to someone in customer care and they said water supply is started and electricity will take another 2-3 months. But they will start giving possession with power on generators. I really do not agree to take possession with power on generators as these equipments are not tested for continuous ppower supplies for such long periods. Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Aman Abbas of Lotus 801A. I have seen ancient overhead wire system connected through electricity poles in Green Valley. I have not seen this happening in the modern world and this should not be acceptible to us. Also, in case of society, generally the club and other facilities exclusive to the residents are registered in the name of the society and not the builder. It can be misused also.
