Now this isn’t earth shattering weight loss but it is to me and even though nobody is mentioning it (but my family in our house) I am. Being treated differently. People are. Being nicer to me. So this has me thinking about why? Why is it we look at how someone looks and we automatically decide how they should be treated?

That’s 14.6 pounds in 8 weeks! That’s 1.82 pounds on average each week. I like it! Last night, I made the Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken from Emily Bites. Definitely give it a try! Busy busy day today and happy moment of putting on a pair of jeans and them feeling better… Small not really quantifiable difference but a definite step in the right direction 😃. I managed to avoid all the sweet treats around today- small victory, but then succumbed to large amounts of gin this evening- a step backward. However I am not focussing on the negative, I managed to steer clear of serious temptation today and I should be proud of myself for that.
