The weather was amazing for a few days there and made it easy to take beautiful pictures of the mighty vessels (the Overseas ships are small and mighty; the Polar tankers are pretty huge). Now we are in Outside Bay, or as I often refer to it, Never Land. Naked Island even looks like the Never Land from the fairy tales, with all the little coves and the mountains in the middle. CLIMBING THE HAWESPIPE ONE HAND AT A TIME! Sorry for the lack of recent updates. We’ve been super busy and when there was a chance to update Blue Ocean Mariner either we didn’t have sufficient bandwidth or I wanted to get off the ship for a bike ride, beer, whatever. The last update was a fishing update from our trip to the equator and was made while we were in San Diego.
