Random Bits of Brilliance. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. My mom was visiting this past weekend and she was talking to us about buying some new pants she liked. My sweet Shaylie says, "I thought they were called Trousers when Old People wear them.". The whole room cracked up! Which is just the way Miss Shay likes it! Monday, April 12, 2010. Here are the annual pictures to show off our Easter outfits. The kids are all adorable as is Mike. Don't look to close at me though. I'm not sure what I was doing or thinking about. . I love The Children's Place. They always have the greatest dressy clothes that are affordable. . Abigail's 1st horse show. Thursday, January 7, 2010. Emma turned 9 just before Christmas, can you believe it? She is getting all grown up and I am loving watching her mature and blossom. Emma, I love you so much. You are a great helper and friend to me. You are kind and generous and so full of happiness and joy. You are the universe's most talented child. You're voice is from the angels and your dancing is beautiful, as well as your piano playing. Is there anything you can't do? I haven't uploaded pics yet, so I'll add those soon.

Wednesday, November 10, 2010. I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted. My computer has been on the fritz and I haven't been able to access my pictures for awhile. Monday, May 17, 2010. It's been awhile since I posted, but I do have an excuse. We made the BIG move to Southern California on May 1st. It was exhausting and kind of happy yet sad. I really miss st. George and my sister that I left in behind. I love that I have my husband back though, so it is bittersweet. I have no pictures yet because I can't get my computer set up yet. Sunday, March 18, 2012. St Patrick's Day 2012. Normally I don't do anything for the annual green day, but I decided to this year. Mostly because it was on a Saturday where as usual, the kids would be at school participating in activities there. Under the pancakes, the kids found the first of several clues to start a treasure hunt for some gold. What happened over the next half hour was giggly chaos. They searched high and low, both inside and outside (in the rain) and finally find the gold.

Wednesday, June 9, 2010. For Mike's and mine 11th anniversary this year we took the kids to DisneyLand and bought some annual passes. We did get my parents to agree to take the kids home in the evening and we got to spend a few hours doing grownup rides, but I loved having the kids with us. Aren't my girls gorgeous. I feel so blessed that after 11 years of bliss, I have the most beautiful, smart, talented, kind and sweet children in the world. Happy birthday Abby. We love you! Happy 6th birthday Grace.
