Are you stuck in a rut? Try one of these proven recipes for dinner tonight. Friday, September 6, 2013. 1 cup apple pie filling, heated. 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Heat the apple pie filling in a small sauce pan. Heat 1 inch of oil in a pan to 350 degrees. Put 1/4 cup pie filling into the center of a tortilla and roll like a burrito - folding in the sides to enclose all of the filling. Remove from oil. Place on paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

I had to pick the peaches early because the yellow jackets were eating them and making homes in them. I made two batches of sliced peaches and two batches of jam.
