Inspiration can come from anywhere. I am actually a little embarrassed to admit where I sometimes find it. I get on kicks, on tangents. I go in circles, making multiple sketches, trying random things, usually ending up back on the original idea. I have learned that when it strikes (inspiration, that is), you have to roll with it, even if it gets…odd. So I will just wrap it up by getting to the point of bringing all of that up. When I'm around Skye, I feel like I am home. We met on our first day of International Orientation when I overheard her say she was from Colorado. My ears perked up. And I promptly introduced myself. It's interesting how halfway around the world, we find each other. It's like we've got some magnetic pull. Where are the Americans in this place? One of the last things we took time to do before she headed for Hawaii was have a photo shoot. I believe it is important to have photos taken of you,. More then when you're a senior and for you wedding. It's important to document your life various times, and have fun and look cute doing it! I'm glad we took the opportunity. We spent last weekend in Prague. The weather was beautiful and we had a really enjoyable time doing pretty much nothing. We spent time laying on the river bank and just soaking up the sun.
