The Flat Heilmans Head Out On Their First Adventure — They Are Australia Bound. Ben at the UPS store. While Neeley was at swimming and Halle was home sick this Saturday, Ben and I headed up to the UPS store today to send the Flat Heilmans off on their journey around the world. But before we got them in their envelope, we took the Flats to Kinkos to laminate them. Then we typed up a little Flat Heilman Information Notebook and laminated those. Getting into a New Groove. Well Ben is getting back into his groove with hospital infusions. While he had a rough time the first month back at All Children’s Infusion Clinic, I believe that was more him crying for missing his big sister. These last two infusions have gone exceptionally smooth. No tears. No fears. Just my brave boy facing his IV needle like a pro! Halle, your legacy of learning continues to shine as your brother heeds your advice, escapes in a good book and feels more connected to you.
