It is certainly one of my favourite things to do on a weekend! So, last Saturday, the boy and I did just that. With the weather so glorious and bright, we both decided to take a nice long stroll along the Victoria Harbour promenade to work up an appetite and to embrace the well-needed breeze on such a hot day!

又到左試新野既時候, 今年冬天Mc Cafe 推出左雪香咖啡, 係Poster 上見到杯咖啡白雪雪好靚, 但現實係咁既. 一開頭見到杯咖啡 仲諗點解D奶會打得咁差, 杯咖啡就好似月球咁, 一個個坑.睇真D 先知原來上面加左耶絲, 所以搞到咁. 外貌就真係唔係好吸引. 加耶絲雖然令杯咖啡香D, 但口感唔太討好. 沖法都係先落奶泡, 後加入咖啡, 同梳乎里咖啡有少少相似. 味道同一般Mocha 無分別, 可能係Barista 落 Syrup 重手左, 都幾甜. 其實杯咖啡設計係模仿雪沙, 都幾有心思既.不過我只會飲一次. 標籤: 咖啡店 - 新界. 講起沖咖啡, 大家可能會諗買邊部咖啡機好, 全自動, 半自動定係手沖? 事實上, 想咖啡好飲, 咖啡機當然重要, 但磨豆機就應更加講究! 你又可能覺得買市面上既咖啡粉已經可以了, 唔需要買磨豆機. 事實上, 咖啡豆風味係烘焙後大概2-3個月就會完全消失, 而咖啡粉風味更加會係磨粉後數小時內消失. 所以強烈建議大家即磨即沖 . 好多人都追求平均粗幼度, 愈平均代表每粒咖啡萃取度愈一致, 而沖出來既咖啡亦都越穩定, 越好飲.
