The man there is an amazingly nice man who is great with all the kids and remembers all of them. Plus, they have amazing lemonade and it's the only fastfood place where I can get a drink. 28 mars, 2018. Jag har ju insett att det inte bara handlar om att vila upp mig. Jag har varit hemma på heltid/deltid i snart 4,5 år och hjärnskadorna efter stresskollapsen är läkta. Men tröttheten hänger i. Under bättre perioder med mindre ansträngande vardag kommer jag upp i kanske 30-40% av min forna energi och i sämre perioder ligger jag på 10-20%. Och en vanlig dag hemma behöver jag ändå 10-12h i sängen på raken och minst 9 timmars sömn. Så även en vanlig dag hemma kräver mycket vila. En idé jag har ...
