http://yuxinliues2007s.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Connecting to the world with no limitation. Saturday, 6 October 2012. In 2010, I got a summer job in Connecticut, United States. I worked as a waiter in a natural resort. In my opinion, such phenomena is caused by the culture and history. As we know, US is a country in which individual human right is highly valued. On the other hand, although China on the way to democracy, the deep rooted hierarchy idea hasn't been extirpated completely due to the long history of feudal dynasty. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

In my humble opinion, encoding and decoding of the message by both parties are the most vital parts for an effective communication. Gaining wisdom her...

Sunday, 7 October 2012. I first arrived in Singapore about a year ago for my undergraduate degree. Initially, I felt culture I would not have much trouble adapting to the culture of Singapore. ES2007S: Resolving Interpersonal Conflict
http://es2007sgps.blogspot.com/2012/09/resolving-interpersonal-conflict.html

Eventhough Ramyas intentions are good and she is probably the wiser one, it is difficult to solve the problem when both of them have huge egos with no signs of giving in to each other. It is not possible to have an amicable relationship when there is no empathy on both sides. I guess that may come with age.
