Foodie trips. Kitchen adventures. What have you? Grocery day. Planned to make it a salad day as well to be able to use the lettuce, carrots and bell peppers in the fridge. But didn’t turn out that way. While checking the fridge contents to determine the grocery list, I found a half-full sour cream tub with 2 more days to the expiry date. Don’t want to throw it away. Bake coffee cake? Not in the mood. Freeze it? Nope…texture won’t be good afterwards. So… what? Did it go well? 5 garlic cloves, minced.
