I had a BIG weekend craft show and orders from my website so I've been keeping really busy. I'm looking so forward to some down time with my family. I wanted to share a few of my Favorite Christmas things. It will be time to take them all down in about a week and I'm not looking forward to it . I LOVE the warm coziness at Christmas! Homespun Treasures By Dana. Monday, June 13, 2011. My husband and I just got back from the beautiful Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. It was a spur of the moment trip but we had the BEST time! We both came home with a sunburn though.OUCH! We stayed at the most beautiful Inn and it had absolutely gorgeous gardens and fountains. So get comfortable because this post has a lot of pictures. Homespun Truth Eats

Friday, February 8, 2013. Another version of enchiladas we make is chicken mole enchiladas. Use a rotisserie chicken. Pick the meat off and mix with mole sauce. Use that as the filling for the enchiladas. I like to use spinach tortilla wraps for these. For the sauce we made a white sauce, added more mole sauce and some chillies in adobe sauce. Put the enchiladas in a lightly sprayed pan, cover with cheese and sauce. Bake until hot and bubbly. Eat with guacamole and plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream).
