Bijvoorbeeld dat speciale eten klaarmaken dat iemand nog één keer wil proeven, of met hulp naar het strand gaan zodat je nog één keer met je blote voeten het zand kunt voelen, de muziek die je nog zo graag (live) wilt horen.

Dit komt tot uiting in de wijze waarop medewerkers van de palliatieve unit zorg verlenen. Zelfstandigheid is hierbij het uitgangspunt.

Adviezen betreffen de ontwikkelingen in de palliatieve zorg en de doelstellingen van ’t Hofje.

Maandag 17 augustus 2015. Stichting vrienden van ’t Hofje. Binnen woonzorgcentrum de Hoven in Lelystad bevindt zich op de 3e etage de palliatieve unit met eenhospice functie ’t Hofje. T Hofje biedt plaats aan 4 bewoners die zich in de laatste fase van hun leven bevinden. Het is een kleinschalige woonvorm waarin de huiselijke sfeer belangrijk is. In samenwerking met vrijwilligersorganisatie VTZ wordt terminale zorg geboden aan cliënten vanaf 30 jaar. Nachtbrakers voor het goede doel.
