Here’s a quick hit list of my favorite breweries in Pittsburgh (or close enough to count). East Liberty, Pittsburgh. Favorite Beer: Bigger Hop. EEB is currently samples and growlers only, but it’s been rumored that they’re acquiring a brew pub license to start selling pints. This would be AWESOME! Copper Kettle Brewing Company.

I've been making these for years. The recipe is from a magazine I no longer receive, haven't for years, and I don't even think it exists anymore. I think it was called Quick Cooking -? First, butter an 8x8 pan. Then press store bought or homemade cookie dough into the bottom of the pan (use about half the dough). Posted by Yum Yum.
