Columbia Icefield, Jasper National Park, Canada. Guided interpretive adventures since 1985. Our guides come from Canada, New Zealand and other nations with a tradition of alpine guiding. Together they have many years of experience leading people across glaciers like the Athabasca, both in summer and winter. They are trained in advanced First Aid, and carry two way radios in case of any emergency. All our guides are members of either the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides or equivalent.

Monday, August 30, 2010. On our summer camping trip when we went to BC, we stayed in Pentiction for a couple days. They have this fantastic toy store there where I picked up this thing called Earth Buddy. I had to get it because it looks just like Mushy. It's basically like a Chia pet. For walking on Ice and Snow you need Ice cleats. I have reviewed a number of products including the yaktrax pro, stabilicers and get-a-grip. I have been using these products since January this year (2010) and since we have been having huge amounts of snow already this year I thought I would update my findings.
