I have to admit, though I have no doubts about my decision, it has been rather bittersweet. I don’t like to lose or fail at things. So in an effort to maintain my sanity I measure inches. I’ll give you the break down:. Waist (I measure at my belly button)–38inches. Hips (i measure at my tattoo on my hip)–45.3. So it’s exactly 8 days since i started this mess. i have missed 2 days of p90x because i suck, but ran on the treadmill instead. yesterday i did 5 miles in 66 minutes which is not too bad for an out of shape fatass.
