Running is feeling a lot stronger now than ever before despite not doing anywhere near the amount of running I normally do – all the cross training on the bike/swim must be paying off. Conditions were very hot again but it is a good thing to train in this heat just in case it is like that on race day, anything cooler will be a bonus.
