Even though I have felt like crap - I STILL could have eaten right! Thankfully I gained only 0.8 of a pound.but I need to get the heck out of the 190's.so.gotta work harder this week. And.to top it off I ate pizza the night before weigh in. Really? I see so many conflicting opinions on how to go about losing weight. I tend to go back and forth like the wind blows trying to figure out what I should do. How I should do it and on and on and on. Eat less. Make better choices. Move more. Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.
