He is going to a small charter school that is four days a week. He is really enjoying his first week. He has even been excited to come home and start his homework! I am really excited for him too. Saturday, April 30, 2011. We started Garrett's birthday celebration by surprising him with a trip to ScooterZone. He had mentioned to us several times that he wanted a custom scooter. I thought to myself why? What is wrong with your old scooter? Well, I guess 15 year old boys like custom scooters. :) Garrett was very cool when we shopped because teenagers never want you to know their excitement. He was REALLY excited. From there we went home to try it out. Sushi isn't cheap. :). Friday, April 29, 2011.

Monday, December 26, 2011. My parents bought a huge prime rib for our dinner. My brother-in-law Jeff volunteered to cook it. He made a very tasty horseradish crust to coat it in. It turned out beautifully. Sooo tasty! The grandparents with the grandkids. We ended the night with a fun game of Apples to Apples. Kevin was joking with Garrett and put on a beanie and headphones. It was a light Christmas this year but we all got a couple of things we had been hoping for. God is so good and always provides.

Saturday, August 25, 2012. It seems like yesterday that my baby girl was born and then today I woke up and she turned 14! People told me the years would fly by and boy have they! Morgan is such a blessing to our family. I thank God for her everyday. She is growing up into such a lovely young woman. I am so proud of her constant desire to become more like Christ and become the best person she can be! The evening before her birthday we had a family party at the Macaroni Grill. My beautiful 14 year old!

Thursday, July 12, 2012. Oh we had a blast today! We went on a half day river raft trip in the mountains of Buena Vista. Our guide was sweet her name was Jessy. It seems we have met a new Jessy everyday this week! Must be a popular name here in Colorado. :) I love the fact that they have a professional photographer taking the pictures. Friday, June 17, 2011. Bekah did t-ball in May. It was a short 4 week program to help introduce kids to T-ball. I'm not sure who was more excited - Mommy or Bekah. (Okay.I think it was Mommy).
