Workout of the Day. Sprint, rest is walk back. Athletes must hold no more than a :02 deviation. 4x200m sprint, with 2:00 rest or 1:00 rest, (your choice), (no more than :05sec deviation. Less if they can hold it). 4 rounds- 400m run/ 25 air squats. Tabata- 8 rounds- :20sec work/:10sec rest. Work intervals are to be all out. If done correctly, these should be horrible! 5 rounds- 200m run, 10 squats, 10 pushups. 4 rounds- 25 air squats/ 25 situps. 100 burpees for time. Run 1 mile, do 10 pushups every minute.
