Snippets of life with two little guys. Thursday, March 5, 2009. Here are a few pics of Sammy's third birthday cake. It took Nana (my mom) over 9 hours to make.I assisted as much as I could, while also taking care of the little guys at the same time. It turned out so adorably and tasted great too! I only wish I had more good shots of Sammy. It is so hard to be the hostess, the mommy of the birthday boy, and the photographer too! He is such a treasure and we are so blessed to have him in our lives!

S and C Family. Saturday, May 30, 2015. Aunt Norma is in town from Florida, so Aunt Darlene invited all of us to Gardner Lake for dinner. It was chilly out. Not raining, so that was a plus. But it felt like fall.not the last weekend of May! Here's Seville fishing. The rest went down to check it out. My girls by the water. Yes, it was chilly enough for Mallory to put her hood up. Seville is helping Mallory fish in this picture. Amazingly, no one fell in. Slightly blurry picture of Aunt Tina and Edee.

S and C Family. Thursday, April 30, 2015. A Tale of Two Schools. They sang about 6 songs. And you would be hard pressed to find a kid not singing and doing the actions. I thought that was impressive. S and C Family. Monday, December 29, 2014. Christmas in St. Louis - part 2. Sunday we headed to church as a family.all 11 of us. Steve's family is Catholic. And after church on Sunday we realized we really need to talk to Mallory about Catholicism. She paid attention the whole time in church and is way more mature than her age. We had a brief talk in the van about different traditions and communion. But we really should have a meaningful discussion about it. When did my baby grow up! It was so funny!

S and C Family. Friday, March 16, 2012. SB Day 5 - Topeka Zoo. I was a bit chilly at times. I didn't have a jacket for myself. The Topeka Zoo is a great, small zoo. It was the perfect size for our girls. And everyone was super nice. A zoo employee offered to take a family picture for us right when we arrived. Another zoo employee offered to radio to see where the orangutans were when we couldn't find them in their exhibit. The highlight of my day was petting a hippo. Crazy, huh! Get to do at the KC Zoo.

S and C Family. Saturday, August 1, 2015. Mallory got to perform at Starlight again this year. This time the performance was on a Saturday and the show was Mary Poppins. So we decided to bring Edee along. It was her first time to Starlight. We had to arrive early. So we took a picture of the girls with the main stage in the background. S and C Family. Friday, August 8, 2014. Renee and her crew, including her mom and aunt, were planning a trip to Topeka. And they invited us to tag along. So glad we did!
