4Lに入れて走る分には全く問題ないのでアクセルワークでごまかしてましたが・・・・. さて、そろそろ何とかするか。。。 キャブを組んだストックの状態は、メインジェット:160、エアジェット:200、パイロットジェット:60、ポンプノズル:45、アウターベンチュリー38φでした。この状態だと1000rpm～1800rpmの間に強烈な谷間があります。アクセルを踏んでも全く加速していかないというか、完全に失火しちゃって回転が上がりません。空燃比は振り切れ(20AFR/λとかそれ以上)。負荷を掛けなければ吹け上がるので、半クラを使って誤魔化しながら乗ってました。 原因は・・・排気量のわりにベンチュリー径が大きすぎる。多分これでしょう。 プロセス的には、低回転で流速が遅い→ベンチュリー径が無駄に大きい為、ベンチュリー効果が上手く発生しない→ガスを吸い上げる負圧が弱い→パイロットから上手くガスを吸い上げられない→混合気が薄い→失火して吹けない てな感じたと想像します。 続いてアウターベンチュリーを外します。変な固着等も無く、すんなり外せました。 油面の上下はフロートアジャストスクリューで調整できます。ロ...
