This morning I got up at 6am so that I could facilitate a Foundations Class… Effective Feedack. There are lots of things I take away from the experience and I’d like to share a few …. Compentencies: having a short list of my compentencies proved to be a fantastic support tool for me. It supported the flexible flow of the class while ensuring I incorporated all compentencies in the class.
