As soon as the manager leaves for the day, my coworker has the urge to not answer any more calls. If only I was a weasel, I could go far in this place. I call people. Interrupt them when they're eating dinner, distract them when they're driving, I sell them timeshares, vacation homes, basically crap they don't need. I do this for 8 hours a day, often having to stay longer if quotas aren't met. Working 10 hour shift, then told job was only temp, getting laid off next week. I guess teamwork does not apply.
