Tuesday, September 30, 2014. On one of our coolest September days we went to the Lancer Day parade. I've taken Shannon down almost every year since she was born and this year will be the last year for a long time that she will get to go with me. I love that because of her half day kindergarten she still gets to enjoy things like parades with Adam and I, and I am fully aware that next year will be a huge adjustment since she will go to school all day. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Shannon's friend, Jenna, and her family invited her whole class to join them for a day at the lake. Unfortunately for all of the other families, they couldn't come. Their misfortune, however, was our gain because we had all afternoon to play and not share nearly as much! We got there and they showed us around their house. It is huge and sleeps 11. Saturday, January 31, 2015. 6 and a Half. At 6 and a half Shannon is learning faster than I can keep up with. Here is a little bit to remember. 1 Shannon loves candy. And ice cream. Saturday, August 1, 2015. If I was limited to one thing that I love about Adam it would be his friendliness. He is friendly to everyone he meets and never hesitates to talk to anyone. He is full of stories for anyone who will listen. He plays well with his peers. He shares and offers his friendship willingly. Sometimes we have to work on talking nicely when "competing," but otherwise he is the friendliest child I know. I love that about Adam and so do those he meets. Posted by The Enslow Family.
