I was at a Coaching conference recently and an acclaimed Sports Psychologist warned of the dangers of blurring the lines between what is a Dream and what is a goal. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Well another week down and I'm happy to say its been a good one. Unfortunately the weather is just chaotic these days and so its hard to get longer outdoor spins in as the winter strengthens it's grip on an already weather depressed nation! After registering it was into the gear quickly to test ride the course and it was a belter!
