An African Adventure :: Kilimanjaro

We decided to kick off our adventure in Africa with a climb to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, the world's largest free standing mountain. The summit at Uhuru Peak reaches 19,340 feet and the trek up is no walk in the park. The peak is taller than Mt. Everest base camp, which most climbers take two weeks to reach.
