SOCS: stream of consciousness style. January 26, 2009 in News. What has been interesting for those of us who find new mediums interesting are the visual. Creations crafted to show the literal change in language, culture and faces in our Presidents from 1789-2009. Another medium, this time through Youtube, shows the morphing faces of the 44 U.S. Presidents. Biofeedback Therapy at ASU.

Please give up priority seats to the elderly and disabled. Although, personal con...

SOCS: stream of consciousness style. Lists: why they’re necessary but stressful for me. December 2, 2009 in Uncategorized. I need lists. I feel organized writing everything down in one place. It’s like they’re taunting me, saying “I’ll stay here forever! You’ll never finish me! Are more important to do right now.

What is truth in journalism? | Elizabeth Shell
https://elizabethshell.wordpress.com/2009/01/22/what-is-truth-in-journalism
SOCS: stream of consciousness style. What is truth in journalism? January 22, 2009 in News. An interesting discussion in class today on, what one classmate called, the ‘relative truth’ of journalistic coverage of the Israeli attacks on Gaza was whittled away by other classmates to a process that is developed more fully in the 24-hour news cycle, and by another as a series of lenses: as time goes on, the story (and the truth) become more clear. So it was timely that I stumbled across this blog. A), not ev...
