I made this tonight for the first time and it was a hit. It was super easy and yummy! I figured with summer coming and wanting to be at the pool, crock pot meals are going to be a must. I'll share a few of my other favorites later. 6-8 slices of ham (I used more). 8-10 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced. 2 onions, peeled and sliced (I used one).

Pour about 2 bottles of your favorite barbecue sauce over it. Cook on high for a few hours or low all day. We ususally have it with mashed potatoes. September 22, 2011 at 9:53 AM.
