We are back from spending MLK weekend in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands (politically part of Spain but off the coast of Africa). We had a wonderful time – despite the lack of sunshine everyday (I had very high expectations! We went on a 2 hour dune buggy tour and got to see about 1/3 of the island of so. In 1987, together with Linda Goodman, I opened the Creative Arts Studio - an academy for early learning - that offers children the opportunity to grow and learn in a creative environment. Linda and I have produced music for children under the name "Jam Sandwich" and, in 1990, won a Parent's Choice Award for one of our recordings. The Offbeats at Music Mountain.
