http://blog.jumoo.co.uk/2015/passive-personalisation
August 7th, 2015. Ahhh, dashboards, portals and widgets, remember them? It was all the rage, not so long ago, to make your website super customisable, with drag and drop-ness and favourites and little titles saying, “Hello, Jeff.” Even the BBC were at it – their homepage, for a while, was a customising dream. With the BBC doing it, lots of others were bound to be doing the same, and local government was ...

Taskily: the top task survey tool – Jumoo blog
http://blog.jumoo.co.uk/2014/taskily
Taskily: the top task survey tool. July 21st, 2014. We’re very excited today, because we are launching Taskily. It’s a survey tool we’ve built, to make it easier both to run and set-up “Top Tasks” surveys, and also to fill them in. Task analysis for websites is a great way to understand why people are visiting your site, and what they actually want from it. More and more organisations are using task analysis and Top Task surveys to work out what people actually want from their site. Taskily as a service.

http://blog.jumoo.co.uk/2014/enabling-time-based-content

A nice example of how we do this is opening times. Traditionally on council websites opening times are often just a html table painstakingly created by the content editor, Its time consuming, open to mistakes and it doesn’t give much flexibility. For the recent re-design of West Dunbartonshire council’s website. When a user loads...
