On Saturday we took our kids along with Shar. And Josh and their kids down to Disney on ice. Me and the Kids enjoyed it, I'm not so sure that the dads enjoyed it but they were good sports about it. The best part is that it all the magic happened in just about 2 hours. Then I was able to top it with my freshly made strawberry jam. Delicious. So here's the recipe for this amazing loaf of deliciousness (is that even a word? It makes 3 loaves. 4 c warm water. 2 Tbsp. yeast. 1 Tbsp. salt. 2/3 c sugar (or 1/3 c. honey). 1/3 c canola oil. 10-12 c. all purpose or bread flour (or 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white like I do). Monday, April 30, 2012. Kenyon had a year end baseball tournament. In Lake Havasu this past weekend. He hit the crap out of the ball, going 7 for 8 including this 3 run homerun to left center field.
