Kathryn in a Jar. Quick and easy way to get up and going in the mornings. Cup Low Fat Greek Yoghurt. 1 cup Lite or Skim Milk. 1 Tbsp. Honey. 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter. Place ingredients into blender and blend until well combined and frothy! Stay full for longer? Try adding 1 Tbsp. of Chia seeds or LSA mix (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond meal).
