http://rachaeljanae.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 12, 2015. Sunday Morning Photo Session. We had a few minutes before church this morning. Aaron and Isaac had new matching outfits, so we took the camera outside in the sweltering heat to snap some photos. We still need to get a family photo with everyone. So hard to find the right moment! Little too much sun at the pool yesterday! Grandma, Claire, Isaac, Aaron, Jenna, Alice. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Visit our Homeschool Blog. The Simple Things: Our Grand Adventure
http://rachaeljanae.blogspot.com/2015/06/our-grand-adventure.html
Tuesday, June 2, 2015. On May 4th we took off on a road trip to southern Colorado and Utah. It was an adventure! Silliness in the car. Lots of miles. The Great Sand Dunes in Colorado. A little colder than we expected, but the wet sand made for great sandcastles. Mesa Verde National Park. The Balcony Tour was a highlight. We had to climb up and down wooden ladders and squeeze through gaps in the rocks. Four Corners. Here we got a lot of our souvenirs from Native American artisans. June 2, 2015 at 9:48 AM.

The Simple Things: July 2014
http://rachaeljanae.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 23, 2014. We went to Utah for Janell and Richard's wedding. Here are some of our highlights:. Camping and some seriously awesome clouds at Curt Gowdy State Park in Wyoming. We love our camper! Here we are attempting to keep up our scripture reading routine at breakfast. We were successful about 50% of the time. Pretty good for a vacation. Pit stops were the most exciting part of our two 8-hr driving days. The kids travel pretty well, especially when we have a good audio book. The History ...

The Simple Things: March 2015
http://rachaeljanae.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 20, 2015. Yesterday Walmart had these old crooked posts for sale for 50 cents each, so I bought a bunch to make trellises with. The kids wanted some for a building project, so we went back today for more. That's the best $7 I've spent in a long time! He brought the pies over to our house that afternoon for a special math lesson. After almost two years, two babies and a broken collarbone, the downstairs bathroom is finally finished! Arizona Mesa Mission : The Chicken is .... DEAD!
http://karmamarmalade.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-chicken-is-dead.html
Regrets are mistakes you didn't learn from". Monday, August 20, 2012. The Chicken is . DEAD! August 13, 2012. Dear MOM and DAD,. We had Mission Tour today. Elder Marcos A. Aidukaitis was the General Authority that spoke to us. It was really good, he was funny and spiritual, he uplifted us and called us to repentance. It was just really neat how he chastened us but never really "chastened" us. It was good I'm still processing it all but it was good. And 2 less-active lessons and a bunch of member visits.

The Simple Things: Mississippi
http://rachaeljanae.blogspot.com/2015/07/mississippi.html
Sunday, July 12, 2015. Two weeks ago, Seth and the older boys went to scout camp, so Mom and I drove down to Mississippi. Lauren decided to join us so we had a mini family reunion for a week. I didn't have to entertain older kids and a husband, so we just hung out at home, swam in the kiddie pool, went to the library and spent time with cousins. Grand times!
