However, I am back, thanks to my brother starting a blog on his new life in Croatia. I decided I needed to get back to blogging, although my entries will be nowhere near as adventurous as his! Gotta run now and teach a quick piano lesson, then I get to be home tonight! The theatre is dark on Mondays, so no show tonight! Hopefully it won't be another year (! Links to this post.

Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Italy, France and the Alps. We are doing some fundraising to help our son, Matthew, take an Education First Tour to Europe next summer! After telling him he could go, we had some difficulties and a pretty major crisis in our lives. However, he has been such a fabulous student and done such great work this year that we would still like for him to be able to take this trip. So, we are asking for sponsors! We miss Cj so much and the littlest things set us off. But the hardest is knowing that Callie will never know her Father and its just not right. Sunday, May 9, 2010. Well I haven't written here in a few months. Life has continued to go on but not without a lot of tears and sadness. Losing your child is such a hard hard thing to get through. Some days I don't know how I make it through but only with God's Help. I should not have to go to my son's grave on Mother's Day to "visit" him. This is a picture from today.the only balloon I could find to put on his grave. The memorial park he is in only lets you do these things on special holidays.

Monday, August 24, 2009. Brittany's Summer Dance Recital 2009. Brittany had a dance recital this past weekend. It was so relaxing. She only had one dance in one show. Normally we have like 3 shows and 8 dances. Afterwards we went shopping and had lunch at the mall. This is Me and Brittany. So this year we decided to have a joint birthday for Brittany with her cousin Courtney who turned 18 and Brittany turned 17. We had a nice time and it was a nice relaxing party. Of course its not in the way we all plan for our children to do. But I have to just deal with that. We hope that our kids do First comes LOVE, Then comes MARRIAGE, Then comes the BABY in the baby carriage. BUT I feel that there is a purpose for EVERY child that is born.
