Sunday, August 9, 2015. My 15 year old gave me this mug today! Thursday, August 6, 2015. Today we went on the field trip with Puddle Jumpers Preschool to the Willow Park Zoo. The kids loved it! We meet Houdini the owl and lots of other animals. We love Livy's preschool and going on fun field trips. Josh is my kid that is full of big personality. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Tonight Jon and I attended Josh's wrestling banquet. I am so proud of Josh for all the progress he has made in wrestling this year. He started the year losing every match to winning most matches by the end of the season. I am proud of his dedication. He went to practice every morning at 630 am and had practice after school every night until 530 pm. Josh had an amazing season and made some great friends. Go Mountain Crest! Thursday, May 21, 2015. Olivia loves soccer and this year she did an a great job working on her skills. She practiced dribbling and passing the ball. She was so excited on game day and smiled the entire time she was playing. She didn't care if they won or lost all she cared about was playing and making a goal. Sunday, June 12, 2016. Olivia decided to stretch herself this year and she signed up to play softball. Olivia has never played softball or even t-ball before so learning how to bat, catch and learn the rules have been a challenge for her. Her first game she struck out each time she was at bat. Yesterday, my Mother-in-law came by to help watch Thomas and as we were chatting in the kitchen, a large black butterfly suddenly appeared at the back sliding glass door, it was a "Lucy" butterfly! When my Mother-in-law saw the last one, I remember being disappointed that I didn't get to see it but also a bit sad that we didn't have a sighting here.
