Sunday, 11 March 2018. The last wee while saw some rare ice forming up so I managed to get a couple of cool wee routes in. First up was taking my better half out for her first outdoor ice climb. We only had limited time and thankfully the waterfall 5 minutes from our village had frozen and we had a great jaunt up there. I LOVE water ice :). Exploits in the hills of England and Wales. Sunday, 19 April 2015. I had wanted to climb this for sometime and after a few aborted chances due to the weather that was not going to happen today. Following on from a long walk yesterday this was tough to get the legs moving but after a hard push we made the stone wall between Glyder Fach and Tryfan. It didn't look too far then but we had under estimated the difficult scramble that was now in store. After a last push we were on top and the obligatory selfie!
