When I think of "love" I think of Casey. He never makes me feel like the old, uncool mom. I am so excited to see what kind of a husband and father he will be someday. Thursday, April 28, 2011. I have really been reflecting lately on the lives of my kids and wondering where in the world time has gone. I can hardly believe that I have two teenagers. It feels like just yesterday that these two amazing young adults were babies. I long for those years, but I'm so excited to see who they will become as adults. I won't tell if you don't! Tuesday, July 05, 2011. We had a wonderful family day celebrating the independence and freedom we have living in this great country. We had a great day on the lake then went home to enjoy BBQ, cornhole, and of course, fireworks. We even found a scared, runaway puppy and searched the neighborhood for her owners. All in all, another great day in the Owens family! Pictures speak a thousand words. Brandon, Misty, Kyla and Casey. You are right the pics say it all. I think you should keep he puppy! B is for bob.

Friday, December 25, 2009. We had a wonderful Christmas this year and it all started with a visit from the Fergusons and Brandon's parents. No family gathering at the Owens' house is complete without a few rounds of guitar hero. Casey was sporting his new hairdo for the event. Casey and Sophia rocked it out.
