Monday, March 21, 2011. Had to share pictures of this amazing cake my roommate made me for my birthday. This cake might look spectacular from the outside but it does not prepare you for the three layers of ridiculousness that hide beneath the homemade peanut butter icing topped with snicker crumbs. First Layer: Chocolate Brownie. Second Layer: Chocolate Cake. Third Layer: Rise Krispie Treats. Labels: Check This Out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). SWEETIE PIES MADE TO ORDER. Pies in the making.

Friday, March 5, 2010. This recipe turned out amazing. I was a bit nervous trying a whole wheat bread recipe. If not mixed properly, wheat flour has a tendency to create a dense and dryer pie crust and I was worried I might end up having a similar issue with this bread. It turned out even better than the white bread recipe though. Bread flour makes all the difference. 3 cups warm water. 2 packages active dry yeast. 2/3 cup honey (if you don't have honey, agave nectar works). 5 tablespoons butter, melted.
