Volunteer of the Year: Valerie Barry. At its Annual Meeting on Sunday April 26, the Windmill Hill Pinnacle Association [WHPA] recognized Valerie Barry of Westminster as its 2015 Volunteer of the Year. For four years Valerie has been the helpful voice at the end of the telephone number listed on the WHPA website for overnight reservations at the Pinnacle cabin, which provides camping shelter at one of the region’s most remarkable and beautiful hilltop views. Register with Bev Major at 802-387-5737 or Elaine Gordon at 802-869-6103. Read more here. Requests for Pinnacle Trail Hikers. Groups of 15 or more are asked to contact Tony Coven at 802-387 6650. Large groups are encouraged to break into groups of 4 8 while hiking to allow hikers to experience the many wonders that Pinnacle has to offer.
