When I started it I walked for 40km with 30kg backpack. Then I arrived place of training. I was in there for a week and I did a lot of things in there. I used just one rope and passed through between mountain and moutain. I felt very scary before did it, however, I felt so good after did it. It was a good experience for me =).

Men usually speak aggressively but weman don't speak aggressively. For example, when they are fighting, men use a slang. However, I've heard weman use a slang for many times.
