Life needs mystery or else everything else flattens into a routine. David Kindred. Jun 19, 2013. A Cheer, A Toast to Libba Bray - pajamas and all. Yes - it's the summer of 2013 and a year has passed since the 4 day, 38 person wedding celebration complete with midnight dancing, hot air balloon wishes floating into the night sky, a second line through the house just before dawn, and more crayfish and hot peppers than we could eat. My comment to a reader on Libba Bray's blog sums up my confidence that one d...

Social Issues, Dance, Relationships, Writing. Skip to primary content. I’m A Terrible Feminist. December 7, 2014. When do you poke someone and mention that you’re a feminist? I’m lucky that several of my coworkers identify as feminists. I’ve had the great experience of hanging out with one of my friends from work when his phone alarm went off. Guys, it’s 9:30 in the evening! One of my female coworkers deadpanned, You mean jokes about rape just aren’t funny? Damn right they aren’t. I just started reading.

Zensur der deutschen Medien | sturmlichthexe
https://sturmlichthexe.wordpress.com/2016/01/08/zensur-der-deutschen-medien
Nachdem...

Getting through life one book at a time. This Blog Belongs To. Thoughts About Young Adult Fiction. December 3, 2013. As someone who was already seriously hooked up on fiction well before 1997, I have never read any of the Harry Potter books. I haven’t actually read almost anything that may be classified as young adult fiction. “ The Catcher in the Rye. 8221; and “ To Kill a Mocking Bird. Not to mention the “Twilight” series. 8220;, which I found rather interesting in its plot, but badly written. I ge...

Getting through life one book at a time. This Blog Belongs To. The Silent Wife by A.S.A Harrison. January 5, 2014. January 6, 2014. Anyway, I understand that the author passed away before the publication of the book and maybe this is one of the reasons it became a best seller. Still, “The Silent Wife” lacks substance and the story is so predictable that you wonder why you still go on with it. What I’m Reading Now. The Silent Wife by A.S.A Harrison. Dear Life by Alice Munro. The Hours by Michael Cunningham.
