Thursday, April 25, 2013. Eight is my new favorite number. So here's my update all in one post! We maxed out on stims from day 1. And lemme tell ya, that's a lot of drugs. LOTS. Thank goodness for insurance cause I probably blew through $8,000 in drugs this cycle. Yikes! Things started out slowly- but started improving relative to last cycle. My e2 levels were rising better, my follicle counts were higher, my attitude was better. We triggered Tuesday and had retrieval today. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Can't Rush a Miracle. My journey through infertility. Tuesday, March 20, 2012. I'm a bad blogger, but we have embryos. We transferred two beautiful embryos on Friday. Once was an 8 cell and one was a 9 cell. My RE puts our odds at about 60% right now so I'm trying to find the balance between hopeful and realistic. Beta is Wed of next week. Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Can't Rush a Miracle. My journey through infertility. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Friday, June 10, 2011. I'm all signed up for Injects Take 2. It took some work to get around the holiday weekend and my husbands little trip, but we made it happen. I start birth control pills CD3. Then June 30th I take my last pill and go in for my baseline ultrasound. Assuming that is all good I give my first shot July 3rd. First monitoring appt. is scheduled for July 7th. I think I'm in for a looooong next few weeks. The shots themselves have been no trouble at all, so I'm just crossing my fingers this is just a random headache and not a sign of things to come. Can't Rush a Miracle. My journey through infertility. Tuesday, March 13, 2012. We got 18 eggs. It went as well as it could possibly go today. The only trouble was trying to get an IV into my dehydrated self. It took two pokes but they pulled it off. Can't Rush a Miracle. My journey through infertility. Monday, November 21, 2011. OWL week 4 and update. Week 4 was my best week yet. I lost 3 pounds for a total of 6.5 pounds in 4 weeks. I am not craving the sweets nearly as bad as I was. I even turned down cake at a baptism over the weekend. Monday, November 14, 2011. Week 3 of OWL. I lost 2 pounds! Can't Rush a Miracle. My journey through infertility. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Not paying for meds after all. I got the call yesterday that we are OK to proceed, so I start injects tomorrow. I also made the fabulous discovery that we are not paying out of pocket for meds this cycle. When my husband called the insurance company they had all ready approved all the meds for this cycle.
